Has Anyone Noticed With New Honor....
That no one progresses to rank 3 of honor takes forever. I know I've played over 75 games and gotten most honored at least 7 times. Just a friendly question to the community. ^.^

Yes. This is intended to discourage honor begging.
You aren't supposed to earn it in a week. You earn it throughout the entire season.
Plus, if you take the badges as an example.. nobody had them. If the new system is even remotely close to that we won't be seeing any Tier 3s in a long time.
