I main Shaco and i just came across... this.

They are constantly underdoing change. That's almost the core premise of the MOBA... if you want a game that never changes, might I suggest old consoles?

No, what i AM saying is that when RIOT reworks a champion, they usually make changes that are uncalled for, and that most of the people (especially those who mained those champions) hate.

But in the end it doesn't even matters.

TL:DR: play him as long as you can enjoy him and when he gets changed try to enjoy the changes. If you cannot enjoy them find another champions you enjoy. There are only like 130 Champs in league. it should not be that hard to find one you can enjoy. Sincerely a Kha'Zix Main

meh. riot has ruined a LOT of champs i enjoyed playing, so i can definitely feel this guy's pain. luckily they haven't touched my main yet. but leona is 5 years old. i'm sure they have that urge to fuck her up completely like they always do with old champs.

I played Graves and Sejuani for a long time, i always enjoyed them.

But then RIOT decided to ''change'' them.

Graves is basically a new champion, which i absolutly hate, and Sejuani's only damage source is her W, which makes it unfun to play, i liked ramming into people and dealing damage, now it's just like, deal 100 damage with your Q, THEN unleash the power of your super basic attack.

I'm just tired of Riot ruining every champion that i play..

Don't worry, they said the same thing 1-2 years ago, but deleted the Shaco rework because it didn't hit their expectation. Shaco's current kit, with all its "lack of counterplay" is one of the most iconic and hillarious and enjoyable kits in the game. They won't be changing Shaco if they can't deliver a good kit with variaty like Shaco has now. There is a reason AP and AD shaco videos became really popular with them doing crazy mind tricks and taunts.

That's what i thought when i saw Morde and Grave's reworks.

I'd really like to believe what you're saying, but i'm pretty sure that every single champion that had viable ad AND ap options (can be played both AP and AD) have had one of their option removed with their rework, you can take AP Sion, AP Poppy, AD Gragas, Jhin (like why the heck does he even have ap scalings anyway), Kog maw (i heard from ap kog maw mains that he's in a bad position because of the recent Kog Maw rework), ap MF (just had 1/3 of her E's base damage removed because her AD side was ''too op''), AD Malphite (removed AD on his W), and probably a few others that i can't think of at the moment.

If they ever rework Shaco, i fear that they're going to remove his AP scalings, because that's what RIOT have been doing with every rework recently. And if they don't, they're going to get nerfed to the point of being completly unviable, OR they will simply change his kit so that his AP side doesn't work anymore.

I'm also a Shaco main, but look forward to seeing what they can do to him if they put forth the effort like they did with Sion or Poppy.

He has a lot of problems that exacerbated each season, and this one is no exception. My biggest worry is that they'll remove the capability of AP shaco for AD or vice versa, and that's been somewhat the expectation when they do these updates.

There was a 20 pages detailed rework Shaco idea that i liked, but it sinked to the bottom of the boards never to be found again.

I just want them to fix all the bugs that he has, those bugs that actually counter the champion. If anything, a visual update should do, but he already had one in 2015, so if they change something, it'll be a complete rework.
