It's better to make Fiddle's fear work like Ahri's charm instead of it being point and click!

Why did Riot decide to keep Fiddlesticks fear as point and click? I thought it was one of the worst parts and something people complained a lot about, so I was expecting it and looking forward to it to change. Making it a skillshot or changing the ability all togheter seemed more reasonable then to keep it in it's current form. Personally I really hope they change their minds, since most of their newer reworks have also changed many of their point and click abilities to more fair and interactive abilities instead.

It should work similar to an Ahri charm, but as a fear instead if they decide to keep it like it is atm. Ahri charm is a much more fair ability but also very impactful when she outplays an opponent and actually hits it. It's not that hard to use but rewarding when you hit it and when she hits it, it doesn't feel like it was ineviteble or that there was nothing you could do about it. Going into melee range vs fiddle is pretty much impossible unless most of the team jumps at the same time. Diving Ahri is hard too, but definitely not impossible in the same way. You can still sidestep it or outplay it unlike current fiddle's fear.

Changing Fiddlesticks fear to work this way is much more healthier and interactiv gameplay, then to keep the current version that's is really frustrating to play against and not that rewarding and interacive to play with. It will also let him have more power elsewhere in his kit.

Pls, for all fiddle or non-fiddle player, make this change as you have done to many reworks before, instead of keeping something anti-fun and outdated for lol 2020.

For fuck's sake. There's enough removed champions in the game already. At least let the OG's keep whatever made them fucking unique.

Alright, so common misconception. They said "but it'll include much more than a point-and-click status effect (which is staying on the lot)." That is not a garenteed fear on the mechanic. Even if it is, then it has the potential to work like Ryze's root where it is a slow effect unless a condition is met. Just give it time until we actually see what happens. Then, give it time to play in the actual game to see how it feels.

Because point and click are necessary. What counters mobility? Point and click. What does mobility counters? Skillshots.

If point and click gets removed, then mobility will be absurd and haywire. Plus, Ahri and Fiddle aren't the same. They both have their own thing that allows them to have their own form of cc. Ahri's charm is a skillshot cuz she is slightly mobile but isn't that quick to burst an enemy down. Her charm is not hard to dodge which makes her rely on movement to land it fast.

Fiddle on the other hand is not mobile by any means and isn't that hurting and squishee af and his range isn't that long to begin with which makes it reasonable to have a point and click fear as something for him to counter mobility. He has to go in in order to fear which makes him vulnerable to long or medium range skillshots.

With this game having 2,000,000 dashes, I'm just fine with the odd point and click.

Thank you Fiddlesticks Maokai

I don't think they said that they are for sure keeping a point and click FEAR. They did say he will have a point and click CC but it could be his silence, his fear, or maybe a new CC.
