Sick of smurfs ruining my promo series

Title. Sick of this BS where if I get matched against a smurf with a 95% winrate in high plat/low diamond in my series im guaranteed to lose the game. Its so dumb how i "didnt earn the promotion" because im playing against one guy who is 50 times better than me or anyone else in this elo, and he solo carries the whole damn game. Do something about this cuz its not as infrequent as you think it is riot.
