mordekaiser QOL change

I have been playing mordekaiser for quite a bit now and I have some understanding about the champ, but the biggest issue about him is his w. You are locked out of casting it in mid q animation or r animation. It's not that big of a buff, but will make this champion in a better position. It won't increase his damage or change his numbers in shielding to increase his survivability. I am just asking to be able to use my shield, theres no point for morde to not be able to use his shield.
