This is where a fresh 30 gets put in when duoing with a silver 5 player... Riot please fix

This is not ok. A fresh level 30 should NEVER get into a high silver lobby on his first game, smurf or not. Please fix this.

Personally I don't mind, but someone that belongs into bronze shouldn't start at that point. That guy is just ruining the game for his teammates until inevitably dropping down to the rank he belongs into. That bronze player won't have fun either, getting stomped over and over.
