The buffs that Pantheon need!

And before you all rage about his laning phase yeah his laning phase is strong EARLY then he is useless but at this season he cant even lane any more when you have Darius...Riven who cancer his stun because Rito dosent care to fix her bugs and JAYCE or you gonna tell me that the spam from pantheon is better than jayce? yeah Pantheon laning phase is along gone

But anyway i wanna talk about his JUNGLE

First -AA reset on his W (Right now when you W you cancel an AA and then you need to wait a bout 0.5 seconds before you AA again after your W you losing way too much time in the jungle)

Mana costs (NOT ON his Q but on his E some better mana costs would be nice he goes OOM in the jungle facter than anyone else)

E Damage UP (ON MONSTERS only not on minions so again dosent effect his lane)

W AD ratio (That is just pretty much for everything his stun having an AP ratio is so 2009 pantheon need to have a 0.2 or 0.3 AD ratio on his stun )

And no pantheon is not even in the meta and he stop being in meta after riot destroy his jungle ability and they force him again as Q bot on top lane but then tanks start to be OP in that season so pantheon was useless then Juggrenauts again pantheon useless and then now the kennen/jayce/darius top lane

So yeah pantheon need HELP
