Garen champion update leaked
Q- is now a short range skillshot, think like Yasuo's Q. The silence has also been completey removed, to compensate, we've given his Q a .25 second 99% slow. This should allow Garen suitable time to damage his target, while allowing his target a small window of opportunity for counterplay.
W- passive- Removed. New active- Garen gains 10 Armor and Magic Resistance for 2.5 seconds. This scales with 1% of his bonus armor/MR.
E- duration reduced to 2 seconds, cool down increased to 24 seconds to compensate.
R- Is now a skillshot, Garen heroically throws his sword in a straight line skillshot, dealing 100 magic damage, plus 4% of the targets missing health. We know this might seem like a nerf, but we most certainly want it to be a buff, so we're reducing the cool down by 5 seconds at all ranks.
