Zyra update reccomendations

1. The passive

This thing needs a complete rework. Something along the lines of her lore, where she consumes the bodies of fallen foes to prevent her death would be an interesting addition (Say, if she kills a champion with her bolt, she ressurects herself).

2. The plants

Zyra's plants, the core of her theme, need some help. There are three reasons to use the melee plants: Your Q is down when you need a plant, you accidentally popped some seeds down and now need to snare someone on top of you, or you need to block a blitz hook with an instant plant. Idea: Melee plants now have 8 HP, take 3 damage from tower shots, and deal 10% bonus damage to champions who have been hit by Grasping Roots or Stranglethorns in the last 4 seconds.

3. The emotes Zyra has no good emote spams. This is a great injustice, and must be rectified.
