Can the support role carry ? (Newbie tip)

Carry? Not really, Dictate the game? Yes

each role can carry, it just depends on how good you are on your champ.

Support can carry, but not traditional way (killing and taking objectives) but by not letting your monkey teammates die when they decide it's good plan to go solo. You provide vision, shields, heals, buffs and debuffs, you are there to engage and disengage, you carry your adc early so he can carry you late game.

If you play an AP support like Lux, Annie, Brand, Vel'Koz, etc. it is possible to carry in the traditional sense. I've done it before. It is not, however, the primary objective of the support to carry that way. Support is more of a controller than a carry.
