Actually they already have admitted he's too strong and said he'll be adressed at least a bit in an upcoming balance mini-patch/hotfix, with possibly more to come.

Darius has been nerfed. He really doesn't deserve to be top ban anymore. He's reasonable. Just stop laning against him like an idiot.

I'll have to agree. Played against one in a normal. I only died when his jungler came to gank.

Though he didn't have a keystone. So I'm not sure how they're effecting him.

There aren't too many good keystones for him, so that probably hit him at least a bit.

Yeah, it's looking like Graves is definitely too strong. We'll probably do a balance hotfix early next week to get some quick changes in halfway between 5.22 and 5.23. Odds are very high there'll be some Graves nerfs and some Kog'maw buffs in that.
