I get into a new rank, immediately lose all my games and get demoted

I don't know if it's just me that seems to have this problem, but whenever I hit a new rank for the first time even if it's the same elo I seem to lose all my games and just instantly get demoted back to the rank I was before. It really tilts me as a support player because I can win my lane and do fairly well, except for the fact that my teams seem to throw every time I get promoted. Which really kills my motivation to try and climb as a support player because even if I do well, that doesn't ensure a game will end in a victory. Doesn't help that every time I try and learn a new role to possibly not play support it just ends up that my bot lane feeds and I wonder why I'm even trying to switch roles in the first place.

I Just feel stuck sometimes and if you have any advice on how to fix something like this and any advice on how not to end up on a 6-7 game losing streak every time I promote to a new rank the first time it'd be gladly appreciated.
