Maybe we can somewhat resolve the dynamic que issue, by becoming more aware.

So far every game i've come across, the people that are on premades on my team are usually on Skype. Now grant it that's a very fine program to use, however we can really "fix" the issue of DQ by getting at least more communication. Simply just go to your main browser, go to the discord site and create a server then spam it in pregame lobby and just close you're server after.

Its simple and easy to use, plus you dont need to add people or get "involved" with them, rather you just pop in a server and delete it after.
