Give Kat Mana
Messing with her numbers and cooldowns won't achieve much so long as she is not meaningfully gated.
Huge damage, great mobility and high AoE damage needs to be gated, otherwise you get a face roll champion.

Hobbsgoblin1 votesShe should at most have energy you can easily give her back energy for kills. However mana would make no sense given that she is supposed to be a kill reset champion. However the only way where its an improvement is if she gains back the energy from activating her marks making it so that shes only chain kills by killing people she marked. This would increase success with intelligent play and punish lack of technical skill.
Course I can't say that it would be the best thing to do. I just know that mana is not the answer
