Let my friends tag me in when they have an AFK

I feel like this is a good idea so I'm gonna build upon it. In ranked games, you should be able to replace the dced person as long as the person replacing that person is in the same elo (Bronze-Bronze and Gold-Gold etc) but if the dced person reconnects (Because of network problems) then the replacer is kicked automatically

Would cause to much flaming. Who gets to pick the person that gets invited? What if the person who afk'd was bad and when he comes back the entire team tries to troll him into leaving again so they can get the other guy back? What if the guy that comes in trolls and reworks his build and feeds, then if the guy reconnects he is in a worse situation. The best system is to allow for the rest of the players to leave the game at no penalty(besides the loss of lp)

If the d/ced player comes back, will the replacer get the same share of LP if the game is won/lost?

Sounds good but WAAAAY too abusable.
