Does Riot lack foresight?

And what I mean is in things such as patches where they at times use the term "we think that" "we feel that" other than "we know". And some times just nurf, buffs, add items and abilities, remove items an- ect, things without ideas of the future outcome. Maybe riot is just a little too segmented in its q and r? who knows. Feel free to share to me your thought on the mater. And feel free to prove me wrong as well as I am open minded and willing to change my thoughts if proven so.

When it comes to the removal of ATMAs and the such. It was needed. The items were terrible and didn't give any stats worth the cost.

In terms of rebalancing, they need to fire the idiot that works on it. I understand maybe 2 of the nerfed champions, Fiora and Gnar, the rest I seriously don't have any idea why they would even bother.

Shit I think I just noticed something. Do you think this has anything to do with that new idea of duo junglers that were seen a lot in the world tournament. HUH I guess riot only cares about the pros after all XD.

Just take a look at the new map and the constant disconnects , do you think that Riot know what they are doing ?

nevermind the fact that I've been disconnecting from PvP.net chat (not ingame thank god) every 2-3 minutes, every day, for the past 2 months without any noticeable cause... idek.

I feel like it's the community that lacks foresight, more than anything. This literally isn't the first time we've seen sweeping changes to the game before (source: every other preseason).
