Gotta say, Riot NAILED the ARAM changes! (Contains feedback)

I've been playing Overwatch since the whole DQ fiasco, but credit where it's due. These are really _fantastic _changes and I might start enjoying ARAMs again.

##Champion Specific Balance Overall IMO this is the right approach to balancing the map. Pretty good and safe choices for who to start with. Specific changes are good. With Bard the main reasons he's bad is because his journey is virtually useless and his heal is pretty weak. His utility can't be utilized. That's the same problem a lot of champions have (Eve's stealth, Rek'sai's ult).

##Summoner Spells Again, correct approach. Might make some already-strong champions who rely on summoners to engage (Galio, Annie, etc.) stronger, but low CD on exhaust is quite nice to counter that.

Snowball really just needs to go. Even on a longer CD it's just a bad Ghost/Flash substitute. There's a reason that a lot of the champions that take it don't have crazy long range dashes - they're way too strong with it. I made a thread way back when it was released saying this and all of the predictions I made then have come true: You're nerfing the spell repeatedly because, even though it helps some champions, it makes other champions way stronger. You should fix the specific champions that need snowball and then remove snowball.

Proposal: Introduce an item that reduces the CD on ghost or flash and make it available to only specific champions. The tech for this already exists to some degree.

Proposal: Remove the vision from snowball entirely (if it still exists?). It's not the identity of the ability and it can situations gimp stealth champions.

Clarity changes are interesting. I'd like to see bucketed data that shows how overpowering poke comps seem vs how strong they actually are. Caster heavy poke comps are notoriously obnoxious and also notoriously bad at finishing games.

##Experience & Gold changes Not much to say about this, except that level 3->4 feels especially slow. Consider that as a special case for tuning? Interested to see the results.

##Health Packs Wrong approach here IMO. The issue is that the team that's being poked gets pushed off their health relic. Proposal: When you take a health relic on the enemy side of the map it restores less.

##Item Changes Dorans items were not always stacked. Vamp scepter + D blade was a common start that's no longer possible. Not a huge fan of this one but it's not an egregious offense.

Stealth item changes are hands down the best thing to happen to ARAM in years. Hopefully Akali won't feel incredibly frustrating to play anymore. My only concern here is that Oracle's duration will need to be nerfed. It's cheap, stackable, and now persists through death.

Glad to see refillable potion added. I made a thread asking for this, so definitely on board with it. Corrupting potion in combination with everything else might make some bruisers strong, but we'll see.

#Conclusion Job well done. Most of my complaints are very minor and there are a lot of great things here. Coming from someone with probably 10,000 ARAM games if you count all the customs and ARABs from back in the day, I'm really looking forward to these changes. In the future I'd really like to see Riot tackle healing on ARAM, as well as more champion-specific balance changes. Hopefully Twisted Treeline will get this kind of attention one day too.

I agree remove snowballs. ARAM stopped being fun after they introduced those.

And I want a separate mode where we can choose our champs. I dont mind playing vs Lux andJayce if I can play them too.
