uhm, nah. talon can burst and destroy yasuo if he gets him as soon as yasuo fires a tornado

Yasuo windwall laughs in the face of your W and R. Since crit Talon isn't a thing anymore, Yasuo is actually one of the best counters to Talon now.

since wind wall has such a long cd, its easy to plan, proc the wall and stuff like that

Except Yasuos Flow laughs at what little window talon has to poke with W, topped off with the fact that it has a high Mana cost so spamming it isn't viable, it has a 600 range, which means Yasuo can just E up to him and E-Q thrn E to safety and Talon cant straight Duel Yasuo since he has the better auto dueling.

Also, if you are missing Tornados on Talon, you are just playing bad. You control the lane as Yasuo. just E up to him and auto fight him + Q him. Talon can't do shit.

Which brings us back to square one, where the Yasuo player has to be subpar for him to even come close to struggling against Talon.

Also, why does Yasuo have to tornado against melee champions? Just use the EQ with the knockup?

The problem is not even in lane. In teamfight, a yasuo ult can nullify all your AOE dmg, and after all the nerfs Talon took, AOE is literally his only identity now.
