Are Galio and Vladmir candidates for the immobile mage update ?

So I know that they are both mages and are immobile, but the work that they need it massive (Galio even more then Vlad), like bigger then any of the updates that we had in the 2 class overhauls that we had. So because of the size of the updates that they need , could it be that they get individual reworks like Poppy or Sion (Not necessarily on the same level as them , may for Galio cause he needs it) or can they fit it into the mage update ? On a side note, will their be VU's with any of the champions that are updated, if they need it of course ?

Pretty sure that Riot said he does. Something about him being to dependent on flash. They want to shift his passive idea (Buy MR get AP ) to an ability an give him a new passive. Probably a E rework will come in as well . + He needs a massive visual update. More Poppy size then Sion

He doesn't NEED flash... he has his E and righteous glory is great. I agree with the VU tho and maybe change his passive a bit but he doesn't need a huge update imo

Vlad has been deemed toxic for a long time, so I don't know what they will do to him.

That is why I am inquisitive about this, because I think that they are going to update him, I think that it is going to involve massive work and a major update, so I wonder if they are going to ship something that size along with the other updates, if they are going to reduce the size of his update and make it a stitching and not a proper fix, or if they are going to let him be for now.
