Milodic Mellodi1 votes*assuming But yeah, that makes more sense. Although I'm fairly certain Devourer gives stacks on assists...Rift Herald just got reworked in 5.24 to give 5 stacks on kill or assist, so I don't see why the Dragon would have been left out all this time.
