Banning Preferred Picks in New Champ Select
It's happenning a lot, and I understand sometimes it's better to ban a champ to avoid the risk of the other team picking up that champion...However, kids will be kids, and that reason is often not the case. To avoid this, can we at least put it to a vote? Like, say, Summoner 1 has Yasuo as their preferred pick. Summoner 5 guy wants to ban Yasuo, so he selects Yasuo...but before he can lock it in, it goes to a vote to determine whether the champion is banned or not. If the vote fails, Summoner 5 has to pick a different champion to ban.
