Can we give Riven some cooldowns?

So she can't just drop her full combo once every 4 seconds? Doesn't even need to be to all her skills. Maybe just have her Q just start its CD after the 3rd cast or maker her shield have a 10 sec CD at all levels. Hell, you can even give her base HP regen back for that last one. I feel like there is no trade off for her when she just tosses her skills out willy nilly.

I don't know... maybe i'm just salty from my last match with her and a littly on tilt from my stroke of bad games lately.
