ADC right now is a terrible class. Assassins have more access to armor pen, mages who are WAY stronger early and mid game are showing up as supports, and it's just... bleh. So bleh. You do less damage than every class in the game, even tanks, until 20+ minutes where you need to rely on other people to stand in front of you and eat cc or youll still get shredded by any mage / assassin / bruiser at any point in the game.
