As you may be aware, our favorite Yordle Mage is getting a brand new passive, called extreme evil, which tl;dr makes it so that hitting enemy champs with his spells now also grand AP. I would like to request for a QOL that in game it is spelled in ALL CAPS so that the short and timid Extreme Evil becomes the tall and powerful EXTERME EVIL. Just my 2 cents.
Given his stature, I think it would make sense to keep some of the letters lowercase.
Excuse me, the passive is called:
#PHENOMENAL EVIL POWER
Extreme Evil is the buff that displays his current level of AP evil gained from the passive.
But yes, I agree the passive should be entirely capitalized.
Phenomental Evil Power (P) New passive: Hitting Enemy Champions with a spell grants Veigar +1 stacks of Extreme Evil. Takedowns grant +3 stacks. Each stack grants +1 AP.
I kind of want there to be some sort of progression in titles as you acquire more AP. Extreme, Supreme, Overlord, it could be something like a Mastery Tier thing. Maybe something really special for when you hit over 1000 AP during a game.

While you're at it, make Veigar gain 1 AP and a global laugh for 1 time after killing a champion when he is Garen's villain. This needed to happen ages ago.
I request that his new passive be named after an astrological term. We could call it 'Hawking Radiation' or something.

Cmon Riot! Surely you are not short sighted enough to not implement such a tall and imposing change to our favorite yordle mage? Truly such a colossus of a passive deserves to be in ALL CAPS.

Even better just make it all lower case "extreme evil" that way its so underwhelming just to poke more fun at everyone's favorite short master of evil. And then have the description all be like two fonts smaller than what everything else is typed in for abilities. I like Viagra being a champion that everyone loves to poke fun at and then just get s**t on by him later in the game when he gets 1000+ AP
