Any Champs That You Guys Want To See Get A Love Tap From Riot?
Title. Are there any champs out there currently that you feel are underpreforming, that you wouldn't mind seeing getting a love tap from Riot, like they have with Urgot multiple times, Riven and Jayce last patch, and Nocturne this patch? For the sake of arguement try and leave out Champs like 
who require full reworks before Riot is willing to show them any balance changes. For me personally, I wouldn't mind seeing 
get a little love. If only to get an increase in his popularity.

's early game to suck a little less. My god, the mana costs early on. Two casts and you're empty, with your 3 star heal not doing much.

Quinn could probably do with a little love-tap, like 4-5 AD or something.
Varus has a comfortable niche as, essentially, a ranged AD physical/magical caster mix. However, he doesn't really live up to much compared to other ADCs/mids.
I love Nami as she is, but I'd like to see her Bubble's travel speed bumped up EEEEEEEEEVER so slightly. It's just a little too slow and doesn't scale with distance.
I mean, at this point, Cassi needs to get whapped with the buff bat, so she's going on this list purely on the fact that her mini-rework gutted her. Even if it's something as minor as her E dealing some decent base damage instead of AA + 2, I would greatly appreciate it for one of my favorite cheese picks.
Just a little buff, like +10 HP or something.
4 AD. No, I'm serious. It'll make LHing easier.

Shave like 1 second off her passive every few levels, down to 15s at 16 or something.

He doesn't need much; just a little bit to help him not be almost 100% useless if someone enters his "inner sanctum".
i would say... but i mostly just want other mid laners to be nerfed touch to make a more fair feeling mid for a couple champions.
Shes strong in lane but late game it's hard to keep up with your team unless you're really good with her. I think a slight ms buff would be enough.
has been hanging out with Urgot adc for quite a while, I miss her. ;-;
