"First time *Insert New Champ*" in Ranked should be bannable.
Like, it needs a whole new report category.
Just because you heard that Camille is OP doesn't mean she will auto-win the lane for you.

Ban new champions in ranked for the first week or two.
We have to since Riot won't.
I thought it was universally understood by players to ban new champions the first week of their release for this reason.
This is only personal experience, but I first timed Braum in ranked because my team needed a tankier support and at the time I really only knew and commonly played only enchanters in the support role. Despite it being my first time, I knew enough about how the champion worked and how you should play in that I won lane and continued to win the game. Although, that's just my experience.
