What do you guys think about these granting a stack for every 50 cs?

DrCyanide1 votesThey were looking at making them start with 5 stacks in some of the early preseason changes, but that's a change that I wouldn't count on sticking around.
Honestly, the biggest problem with these two items is that the community sees getting them as bad manners.
