Shen any good in Silver/Bronze?

Currently he's not very good in any elo.

The changes he got recently, pretty much butchered him.

Definitely not in bronze, and silver will be hit or miss. I play him jg, and i ping on my way, repeatedly, i ult them, them and my team continues to run away, even though my ult would have saved them and let me engage. He could be good, but requires too much teamwork to be consistent. Or They'll stand just outside my w and get destroyed by the enemy yi, jax and adc.

He is good, if you play well, but, you need a team who knows what shen does to consistently do well.

I think he would be a great pick in low elo, since his mechanics are pretty nuianced, most of the low elo people may not understand why they can't fight 1v1 with him, assuming you know how to actually play Shen.
