If I'm level 30 and I queue solo

Then I should NEVER get stuck, with teammates that are sub level 30.

But yet, it happens all the time.

And it's a complete and total waste of time. The sub 30s are always complete and total dogshit, and they feed their asses off.

I just played a game with a level 22. He picked ryze support, he fed 4 kills in 5 minutes, and he was AFK for 80% of the game.

I if i queue up with someone that's sub 30, fine. But if I queue up solo as a level 30, then I should never have to play with someone below 30.
