It's 5 damage that is likely being added to compensate for the loss of that AD from runes.

they might be compensation buffs for nerfs to ad items coming later in the patch ot they're compensating because of runes
Yup, just like how they want to BUFF Yasuo.
Are you honestly surprised? We have been calling for a Yasuo rework and ADC nerfs all season and they OF COURSE go ahead and do the COMPLETE opposite of what we want.
I'm not even the LEAST bit surprised at the balance team at this point.
