Wow. Just wow. I am a support main and I decided to go out on a whim and give her a shot. She is both complex but accessible at the same time. She is so genuinely fun and rewarding to play. What a fantastic job on her design - she is a blast!
It makes me so happy to hear that! My favorite part about her is that it's easy to have fun on her, despite how difficult some of her emergent gameplay can be.

My problem with her is that she is similar to Bard; fudge up, and your whole team is gonna know it, and the enemies will spam "?" in all chat
