Im more confused by why banshees and abyssal stat's are getting swapped. It just doesnt make sense to me.

With the masteries and a basic last whisper adcs ignore 52% of your bonus armour. They can ignore evenmore as almost every bruiser builds black cleaver or has % reduction in their kit, if not both.
