Xin Zhao Should Be Able to Dash to Allies

Jax and Lee Sin can hop to allies and wards instantly, Xin can do neither. This completely disables Xin from Top Lane play. It also destroys his presence in competitive because of how easy he is to catch out with no escape. Every other fighter in the game has an escape or unstoppable dash of some kind and Xin has nothing. Xin is not a Juggernaut like Darius. Skarner and Garen both have speed ups that help them run away from danger. If this makes him too similar to Jax or Lee, then maybe he could get some movement speed added to his passive. You guys nerfed the damage so it's a pretty insignificant passive now. Adding some movement speed every third hit could help without being op.
