how i think the evelynn rework will look like (prereveal )
passive: evelynn marks all non minions target she hit for 4 seconds evenlynn is camouflaged when she is not near marked enemies or control ward.
[Q] evelynn projects a dark energy 500 units away from her, dealing 25/40/65/80/105 (+30% AP) magic damage in a line , then after an 0.5 the dark energy returns to evelynn in a spike line up to 550 units dealing 30/60/90/120/150 (+30% AP ) (+10/15/20/25/30% bonus AD) magic damage and slowing all target hit by 20% for 1 second . mana cost of 20/25/30/35 cooldown of 2.5 second
[W] passive : enemies marked by the passive take 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% more magic damage
active: evelynn clears all marks/disable them from getting a mark for 3 seconds from enemies that are 500 units from her and removing all slows from herself (but is revealed for 3 seconds). evelynn gain 5% +1/2/3/4/5% per mark cleared attack speed and movement-speed for 4 seconds
it's cooldown is reduced by 1 second every time Evelynn damages an enemy champion with an ability, and its cooldown is refreshed on enemy champion takedowns.
mana cost = 50/60/70/80/90 cooldown = 11/10.5/10/9.5/9 second
[E] evelynn slashes in front of her dealing 35 / 55 / 75 / 95 / 115 (+ 50% bonus AD) physical damage then after 0.3 delay she attacks with her (thing on her back) twich in a row toward you mouse dealing 35 / 55 / 75 / 95 / 115 (+ 50% bonus AD) (+ 50% AP) physical damage to the first target hit and slowing them by 40% for 0.5 seconds.
mana cost = 35/50/65/80/105 cooldown = 7/6/5/4/3 seconds
[R] evelynn chages her (thing on her back) fro 1 second to a target locaiton stopping on the first enemy champion hit dealing 200/300/400(+100% AP) .
if that champion is marked (by passive) : evenly will pull him toward her then if the target in 250 units from evenly she will stirk him with her claws and deal 100/150/200 (+100% AD) physical damage and suppressing him for 1.5 seconds if the target dies all target near evelynn gain nearsight and are slowed by 50% for 2 seconds
if that target isn't marked (by passive) : evenly will dash to the target and deal 20%[+1% per 100 AP] of his current hp us true damage and create a zone of spikes for 3 seconds. that deals 50/100/150 (+50% AP ) magic damage and slowing all target by 60%
