So I'm playing Rek Sai. I'm pretty damn fed.

I have item 1400 item 3748 item 3071 item 3047

Sett has item 1400 item 3044 item 3067 item 3047

So I am a Full Titanic, and a completed Black Cleaver up on Sett.

Sett 1v1s me. Not by some sick outplay. No. He literally didn't even block any damage with the shield. He just stood there and fucking clapped me. Then the shield came in for the final bit of damage.

What the actual fuck is that champion.

EDIT: Also Want to point out that at this point im able to 1v1 the Garen who is 2 levels up and only like 1/2 an item down

EDIT 2: Take Sett into the practice tool. Check that jungle clear. What. the fuck. You can without popping a potion and without using smite, Solo Red, Clear Wolves, Blue, and Gromp before Scuttle spawns. That clear is fucking nuts.

..... Literally any juggernaut will do this. You just played poorly and ran into a juggernauts face for a fight 1v1.

Also, yes, sett is fairly healthy in the jungle. Hes also doesnt clear exceptionally fast and his ganks are mediocre until 6.
