Azir Q Feeling Weird?

Hey guys, any other Azir mains/players out there finding some difficulty with landing Azir Q sometimes since about patch 6.15? I've noticed on players' streams a couple of Azirs Q directly into people and then somehow "miss" the target. I've noticed it myself too - something really weird about the hitbox for Q. I've been playing Azir consistently since release (one-trick), so I'd like to think I know what Azir's Q range is really well at this point. Just feels a little buggy lately, wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
