Trolls, AFKers, and stubborn players...How do I deal with them?

On the weekends(the only real time I get to play), I notice there is an influx of players who are stubborn, trolls, or AFKers. For example, when everyone selected their role(I chose ADC with Ashe), a Blitzcrank chose to be support(which, I guess, is normal). However, when we started getting in-game, Blitzcrank was in Jungle a majority of the time and I was trying to hold the Bottom lane trying to get creeps, but the enemy team, having cooperation, is pushing in. I get killed because Blitzcrank is out and about while I was trying to focus on both making sure they didn't push bot lane and I was getting the minion kills. Then, I tell Blitz to get down to support, but he refused. In mid-game, he begins to say "You are such a feeder" and I am thinking "Well, I wouldn't be dying so often if I had a support down here so I could feed off of minions and get all my items so I can actually fight back." Arguments ensued, and we lost(of course).

I am tired of this type of events happening. I come here to play with a cooperative team, and the people I get partnered with either are afk, trolls, or stubborn players who refuse to either play their role or do their job. There was only one game where everyone was actually cooperating(mostly) and I was actually doing pretty fine with a 16/15 kill ratio.

How do I deal with this?
