Champ Select bug in Hex Mode

So, what happened was when I was banning champions in champion select and when I chose LeBlanc, it was champion pick and when I tried to select a champion, the chat bar was blocked by the LeBlanc info bar and I could not select any champions(since the champ select screen was blank).

This hasn't happened to me before.
