MAKE IT SO WE CAN CHANGE RUNES IN GAME

I think we should be able to choose our runes/masteries in-game. Like it pops up this "Are you sure these are the runes and masteries you desire? You have 30 seconds to choose your runes before this window closes" That way when they are in-base they can choose their summoner spells. Example: I have 16 armor vs this team: . ANNOYING!

That's the whole point of Draft Pick.

You get to see who you're playing against so that you take your runes and masteries accordingly.
