Balance Diana Please

I've been playing for 3 seasons now and Diana is my main champ. She is fun to play but her WR has been below 48%< in Mid & JNG for 3 years now. Can you stop buffing champs that are already strong and put some attention to Diana?

can confirm most of the champions they decide to buff are in fact weak, just they over buff them and then leave them "balanced" for a few months before deciding its too strong
