Red buff adc?

I was wanting to know if giving the red buff to blue bot would be worth it in the grand scheme of early bottom presence. I think it might stifle a little bit of the jungle for early level but would it be beneficial enough to justify for an early kill lane especially considering if your team comp is based off your adc being superman.
