So, buff LeBlanc and nerf Gangplank?

I mean, what are you on? LeBlanc is probably the most annoying oppressive and low counterplay mid laner since I can remember. She can 100-0 you in lane at level 4 and blink away immediately after. But apparently she needs a buff. Ok.

And then you keep hating on GP's barrels. It's his ONLY way to deal damage. Stop trying to make him useless please. Literally all he can do when a teamfight starts is ult and land a barrel combo. ONE barrel combo allows him to do what a Jinx would do with an AA and some armor pen. Not to mention it is a quite high skill cap combo to master, and it is easily countered as GP's Q takes longer to hit the barrel than it takes for anyone to walk up to it and defuse it. It is also quite a contextual ability, you land it mostly on enemy teams that engage too hard and don't focus you down.

Riot, PLEASE, let's not have one of the very few viable assassins remaining entirely removed from viability...? (yes I'm still salty about the fact the you made Kha'Zix completely worthless and left him there for over a year with no compensation).

He is not even banned ever and has less than 50% winrate... please leave the pirate alone. ADCs in this patch are all insanely strong, and you go after the pirate. Come on.

OMG another post complaining about the LeBlanc buffs. Give me a break! You guys act like the LB buffs are game breaking or going to push this champion over the top. If anything this buff to LB can't even be considered a buff. It was only a projectile speed buff on her E. I believe it went from 1600 to 1800. Hardly anything to cry about.

didn't her missle speed for her chains just got abit improved? She can hardly throw any of these if there aren't any minions in llane or she jumps at you and throws her E right directly into your face and then just blinks away. She is oppressive, but she def has counterplay. You can pick Lissandra against her, and root her each time she tries her QW combo. Liss can even immbolize leblanc in teamfights with her ult.

Ever seen a good GP? Someone who overfarms and then is able to E + Q/R (+ Passive) and take you down? Someone who masters the barrel's chaining and timing? Well, I have... my duo.

GP is by far the best farmer in the game and I personally feel the E deals too much damage and punishes you too hard when hit. Also the ulti doesn't offer counterplaying since it's dropping instantly and has no range limit. But yes, GP's skillcap is high so it's more likely to face someone who doesn't use him on full strenght.

The nerf is not that bad vs squishies, because they have low base armor and unlikely will buy bonus armor. What comes to tanks, I don't know.

He's got high win rates both top and mid, much higher than LB.

GP is not an assassin, imho. But if you really think he is, maybe it's normal that you struggle during teamfights. It is Assassins weak spot, actually.

The fact that Riot changed his ArPen from total to bonus seems to show they want to push it as a fighter able to deal with tanks, not an Assassin able to burst squishies.

GP will soon become a joke and troll champion like prerework. The old GP had bigger crits with his E. Now they gutted his mana costs, E dmg + armor pen.

Leblanc's chain was the most inconsistent shit for the longest time, if you manged to hit it. Sorry man, but a champion with a spell that ignores 40% of armor is a little oppressive.
