Where is urf? The last time i played urf was 3 months ago? You guys cant even make a good gamemode. Nexus siege is so bad, ascension is terrible, you fucking added dominion to the rotating gamemode, and legend of the poro king is just aram with a giant poro.

Thats what I do. I tried each of them one or two times didn't care for them much, outside poroking, and just never played again. I figure some people probably like it let them play not like there is a Riot employee in my living room with a gun to my head telling me to play them. I could even see how many people could really enjoy some of the modes like nexus.

I geuss the message is for everybody out there: Just relax let the modes play and do something else.

Btw I do really wanna play urf and would love to play that again, or doom bots since I've never actually been on to be able to play that one.

Not sure it would be a good idea make that account... I mean what kind of Epeen can you try to stroke with a special account for a random rotation side show mode anyway? Oh wait, stupid people will do anything, nvm.

I'm well aware what ARURF is and that it's coming out soon. I don't need to be told. I'm speaking about what Arifirus meant, which is URF, not ARURF... He wants to know when URF gets back, not ARURF. He's tired of URF always getting pushed back and different gamemodes being put in its place.

I'm curious as I have never played URF before but by shit do you positively or negatively?

I'm imagining Yasuo would be annoying with an extra side of annoying followed by more annoying for dessert.

His dashes have a really low CD anyways, and his Q's CD gets lowered by AS, not CDR. So it's like playing mostly normal yasuo against champions that benefit a lot more from the CDR.

I'll go over it quick; Yasuo's cooldowns are already non-existent. His Q cooldown only gets reduced by AS, his E cooldown is pretty much literally non existent to begin with. Yasuo only gets decreased cooldowns on his R and W, both of which are situational spells.

I also believe the AS buff urf gives is also exclusive to ranged champions, sooooo, Yasuo is pretty much just Yasuo, even in urf. if you want to even stand a chance of doing a thing in Urf as Yasuo, you have to actually know how to play him and how to play him well.

A. Riot is updating so many champs they don't have time to try them all in URF mode. While releasing new ones. B. Riot lied to us and continues to lie to us about the popularity of URF. URF mode never dropped off in popularity. 7 second waits to get in a game proved that. C. This game is losing the size of its community and randomizing the only good fun mode they have left other than ascension isn't a good idea. D. Opening the champion pool is only going to lead to more dodging and more smurf accounts. Worse for those who do play: We saw what happens during Nemesis (don't get what you want go afk).

opening the champ pool=less smurfs not more. If the champ pool is only what you got then people could go on a smurf with only op champs.

Getting to level 10 is a Fning Joke and yes all you need is level 10 to play rotating game modes like Nexus Siege and others.

He means that instead of only buying the champs you care about on a smurf. You don't bother buying them you just make a bunch of smurf accounts and Dodge REPEATEDLY until you get the champ you want. And who the hell care if you get a dodge penalty... you can just burn the time penalty when you finally got the champ you like and actually play the game.

Example just asked the gaming cafe "How many smurf accounts you all have on League guys; who play?" "5","3","9", "4", "4", "3", "11"

Am I for getting all the champs? Hell yeah! But for now I am stuck buying champs.

The penalty will be most likely 1 hour, they said it will be more than 30mins and less than 2 hours so feel wasting time playing 1 game a day with that 1 champ you like.

Personally i'm okay with playing random champions.

I can't even play the featured game modes yet but I know its even 6 minutes for the first dodge. That is right now.

And how much longer do you think it is going to take riot to implement YOUR longer than 30 minute or longer time when they made a thread about giving all champs to ARAM like 3 or 4 months ago and did nothing so far.

Nemesis Draft has a 2 hour dodge penalty, and Riot had already stated that while that seems a little long for ARURF, they think the default 5 minutes is much to short so they're going to shoot for something in the middle.

Maybe so, but if you have 11 smurfs only at level 10 then:

A) You care about the RTGM waaaaay too much. Most smurfs are rank 30 at least for ranked use.

B) You are handicapping you self by not using teir 3 runes.

You just kinda sound like your arguing for the sake of arguing at this point. Out of the MASSIVE number of players out there who will play these modes I highly doubt anywhere near enough of them would be smurf que dodgers to the point that the game modes would be hard to que in. This isnt some 10000 player total multiplayer we are talking about here this is hundreds of thousands to millions depending on time and location. Sure you may have 1 or 2 games screwed by a dodger in somewhere of 5 hours of playing (random arbitrary time) woopdy doo so they wasted 5 minutes of your time outa 5 hours. Get over it. Move on. Enjoy the game for what it is.

I honestly don't know how you expect the average player to make potentially tens of level 10 accounts to dodge on each one with JUST to get ONE OF THE CHAMPIONS they want out of 130. A) That's ridiculous and B) that's absolutely freaking ridiculous.

Perhaps since you're level 8, you weren't around during previous URF weekends. If you were, you would remember all the pick clumping around champions like Zed, Blitzcrank, LeBlanc, Shaco and more. This is the PERFECT solution to URF, a heavily flawed gamemode.

there is no "six minutes first". Riot has already set up variable dodge timers. ARAM is 30 minutes right now. Are you actually dumb?

speaking of point B only, I and allot of my friend stop playing urf after the 1st/2nd day every time because then you really do see the same champions every game which doesn't make it fun.

A)It's not meant to be a serious, balanced gamemdoe. They don't need to test out their new champions as the gamemode is meant to be wild and unbalanced to an extent. Also thats even more of a reason to truly randomize it, so people don't spam the new untested champions.

B) that's really not solid proof. Having a 7 second queue at one point in time doesn't mean that the gamemode will constantly maintain that popularity.

C)Why isn't it a good idea? I've seen a LOT more people value actual randomness over the current aram champion selection.

D)Riot have said somewhere that they're gonna be fixing up the punishments for dodging in ARURF.

There's not that much of them and they do test it in PBE. They even make posts with list of those champs, asking for specific focus on these champs.

It would be a great opportunity to test out making all champs available in normal ARAM, see if people will enjoy it even with every champ open. The best part is they don't even have to commit to the idea when they add it. They just add it for one weekend, if it doesn't do well then don't do it again. that simple

I like the idea for random. That way I don't have to see Lux Lux Lux Lux Lux every game I play. It helps prevent players for playing the same champion over and over again. That's completely boring and ruins the game experience. But I would agree it helps kills off people who select a group of OP champions on a smurf account. Again, I prefer random. Don't want to deal with Maokai every game.
