Give Mini-Gnar's W a way to dump rage

I'm not sure of the balance implications, but it'd be nice if you could give Gnar's W a way to dump all of his rage. Maybe he could flip out for half a second, like a hiccup, and increase his damage for a brief window. Put it on a longish timer and make it so he gets his no-rage debuff after so that there are downsides to using it. Otherwise, the only way I've found to skillfully control Gnar's rage is to stop attacking, which means losing CS or tower pressure.
