Can We Have Essence Reaver on Twisted Treeline?
Title. Not sure why it isn't on the map in the first place. The new assassin thing I can understand, since it would be ludicrously strong on TT, but ER seems like it would be fine.

You, my friend have just fucked up.... you mentioned a map that isn't SR, and reminded RIOT of TT. I feel so bad for you... TT is going to go away the same patch as dominion now. :(((
Welcome to the reason everyone is pissed riot removed dominion and soon will be pissed that TT gets removed.
The reason why Essence Reaver and other high-AD items are not on Twisted Treeline and other non-SR maps is because they do not have the B.F. Sword item available for purchase. If B.F. Sword were to be enabled for those maps, then ER and others would be implemented. However, I do not think they will do this, because these maps tend to be notoriously snowball-y (even more so than current SR) and having big-ticket items built from B.F. Sword would just cause this effect to be even more of an issue for certain AD-based classes.

on Treeline because they cost too much gold to have to spend on an ingredient in one big chunk for the shorter game times and more frequent backing. That said, that change happened back when they were 1650g and 1600g respectively, so maybe we'll see them get readded soon now that they're cheaper.
Just so you know, if your playing graves and dont know what to build to replace essence reaver, i have found that just getting a 
and upgrading it to 
when its near 750 (which doesnt really happen) is great and works fine at the price.
