Kassadin - Assassain Buff?

So. Most assassin's got changed/reworked.... Buffed too! Kassadin seems to be underplayed, is that the reason he didn't get any love at all? Or is he already "perfect" in Riot's eyes? Kassadin needs love too!!!!!!! His primary is assassin, is it not? :/
