Can we talk about the biggest elephant in the room when it comes to gameplay and balance??

Let's talk about Soraka in ARAM. This champ, if played by someone who can play better than a monkey jumping up and down on the keyboard, is literally unstoppable in ARAM and cannot lose. Unlimited heals with health packs regening all mana and hp, all it takes when you get her is to build an athene's or morello and a warmogs and you literally will never lose this game.

Characters with any kinds of heals need to be unable to get health/mana packs and need to have zero mana regen. There is no reason anyone should have to sit through 15 minutes of absolute fucking misery because Riot allows this bullshit champ in ARAM. Fix it.
