Yesterday In solo que, I was going to be Tahm Kench support (in bot lane of course) and someone picked Annie and demanded I go top becuase Annie can support. I ended up supporting anyway with Annie being the adc. After that match was over, I checked the champion overview of Annie and she's not called a mage, support just a mage. Is there something I'm missing here?
TeemoJenkins1 votesLast season Annie / Fiddlesticks / Morgana were some of the main supports you saw in every game. They then nerfed Annie / Fid / Mo to calm them down... so not surprising.

The common ones are brand, annie, lux, and zyra. If you've got utility in your kit, you can support. In annie's case it is the flash tibbers potential.
