Warrior Enchant Ideas

(TL;DR at the end) If you for some reason haven't noticed yet, the warrior enchantment on the smite items provides very few benefits when compared to the other three enchantments. The reasons why it's weaker than the other ones is because it gives very little in terms of stats and has no increase in jungling potential. The other three items are all extremely beneficial to the jungler it is built on. item 3708 item 3716 item 3720 item 3724 Gives 50 ap, 200 mana, 10% CDR, and a sheen proc that enhances clear time with AoE and mana restores. item 3709 item 3717 item 3721 item 3725 Gives 400 health, 15% bonus, and a constant AoE that that enhances clear time. item 3710 item 3718 item 3722 item 3726 Gives 50% as, up to 60 magic damage on hit, and eventually gets to the point where it applies on-hit effects twice every other attack. All of these stats give a lot of jungle clearing. item 3707 item 3714 item 3719 item 3723 Gives 40 ad, 10 armor pen, and 10% CDR. The only enchantment that doesn't provide an efficient enhancement to jungle clears, and the stats it does provide aren't as efficient as the others.

Before we can get to my idea for change, lets look at how the jungle items are priced: item 1039 - 400g item 3706 item 3715 item 3711 item 3713 - 850g, or 450g for upgrade item 3724 item 3725 item 3726 item 3723 - 2250g, or 1400g for upgrade

Since the jump from the base smite enhance to the item enchant is 1400g, the item that builds into it has to be less than the 1400g (no item upgrades are worth 0g) item 3057 - 1200g (200g to upgrade) item 1043 - 1100g (300g to upgrade) item 3751 - 1000g (400g to upgrade) item 3134 - 1337g (63g to upgrade)

My proposal is that we change item 3134 in the warrior build path to item 3077 . The issue with this that item 3077 costs more that the 1400g we are looking for. One way we could fix this is by adjusting how it is built. Its current cost is 1900g, a 305g recipe cost coming from 1595g worth of items. By removing some of the items that build into it and lowering some of the stats, we can bring it down to 1360g. By removing the item 1036 and one of the item 1006 , that lowers the price of the item by 540g. That turns it into the <1400g we would need, making the final item have a recipe cost of 40g.

Next, we would have to modify the item 3077 so that it has lowered stats to reflect the lowered price. I personally feel that changing it to 30 ad and 50% health regen would be a reasonable nerf that would still maintain its use. The items that build from it, like item 3074 , could be kept the same, with increases in recipe costs.

Now if we are to show what the new warrior enchant would look like, it would be: item 3706 / item 3715 / item 3711 / item 3713 + item 3077 = item 3707 / item 3714 / item 3719 / item 3723 40 ad (unchanged), 100% health regen, and the Cleave/Crescent passives

This would provide for a few dps nerfs due to the removed armor pen and CDR, but would give better sustain and clear speeds for bruiser junglers, without putting it too over the top. It would also allow bruiser junglers to build a bit more damage since they have the built in health regen, so that it doesn't have to always be Warrior + 1 Damage Item + Boots + 3 Defense Items.

I'd like to hear some feedback on this, why it would/wouldn't work, or other possible suggestions towards a change.

TL;DR: Turn the warrior enchantment into a jungle friendly version of tiamat.
