Tbh it's not even 4 hit, since the typical "hit passives" require you to hit the same target a certain number of times. This doesn't. It's just something that happens every number of times he shoots, like Caitlyn's passive.

to me its a 3 hit passive cause the 4th hit is the passive hit. u 3 hit the target then passive proc the 4th. exactly the same as kennens W passive works.

It is a 4 attack passive, not a 4 hit passive.

Xin, Diana, Master Yi, and Caitlyn have these. He is the 5th one as far as I can tell.
